全军的新兵征集工作由过去部队接兵改为地方送兵。为了把好兵员质量关,保证部队人员的身体健康,我部在驻军医院和地方有关部门的大力支持下,顺利地完成了对297名新兵的体格复查和19名退回原籍新兵的退兵工作。基本上做到了部队、地方和新兵本人三满意。我们的具体做法是: 一、加强组织领导,做好体格复查的准备工作 1.选派得力人员,组成精干的体检小组新兵来到部队之前,部党委对此做了统一布署。新兵到达之后,卫生科派员专门负责组织,抽调有临床经验、掌握征兵体检标准的内、外、五官科军医以及化验、X光技术员组成的体检小组。
