教育工作是一种极富有心理色彩的工作,教师的丰富感情是搞好教育工作的巨大动力和源泉。然而,在实际的数学教学过程中常常有一些老师和学生表现出了对数学心理的缺失,很是让人忧虑。本文着重谈谈学生由于心理缺失而产生学习障碍的矫治对策。
