本文介绍用ICP光源与Q-24型石英棱镜摄谱仪配合,照象式测定铁基中铝、镁、锰、钛、铜、铬。检测下限锰、镁、铜为0.1微克/毫升,铝、钛、铬为0。3微克/毫升。铁含量由小于1%到大于90%的变化范围对被测元素无影响。根据ICP光源化学干扰和基体效应很小的优点,采用内标法,使用一套水液混合标样绘制工作曲线来分析铁等含量变化较大的样品,与化学法比较获得了满意的结果。
This article describes the use of ICP light source and Q-24 type quartz prism spectrograph with the photogrammetric determination of iron-based aluminum, magnesium, manganese, titanium, copper, chromium. Detection limit of manganese, magnesium, copper 0.1 micrograms / ml, aluminum, titanium, chromium 0.3 micrograms / ml. Iron content from less than 1% to more than 90% of the range of changes in the measured element has no effect. According to the chemical interference of ICP light source and the small matrix effect, the internal standard method was used to analyze the samples with large variation of iron content by using a set of water-liquid mixed standard draw working curve to obtain satisfactory results compared with the chemical method.
