近期,笔者采用自编问卷对2001年广东外语外贸大学选修《大学生心理与训练》课程的560名学生进行了问卷调查,讨论和分析部分教师讲授心理教育课程的课堂录音。结果表明,教师幽默风趣的程度决定了课堂的吸引力,也影响学生的出勤率,是学生区分好教师与差教师的最为重要的指标,因此,教学的趣味性问题就显得非常突出。下面就对如何提高心理教育课程的趣味性的问题作了一些探讨和总结。
Recently, I used a self-designed questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on 560 students who took the course of “Psychology and Training of College Students” in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2001 to discuss and analyze classroom recordings of some teachers teaching psychological education courses. The results show that the degree of humorousness of teachers determines the attractiveness of the class and the attendance of students, which is the most important indicator for students to distinguish between good teacher and bad teacher. Therefore, the interesting question of teaching is very prominent. The following on how to improve the interest of psychological education courses made some discussion and summary.
