煤体注水是降低煤炭开采粉尘产生量的治本性措施.通过实验,研究了影响煤体注水速度和注水量的重要因素之一———煤体吸湿特性,根据Laplace公式分析了吸湿速度变化中的两个峰值分别由毛细管力和铺展润湿作用形成,并依此为据提出了煤体注水中表面活性剂添加浓度的选择方法是设法使毛细管力和铺展润湿作用达到最大值.
Water injection of coal is an essential measure to reduce the amount of dust generated from coal mining. According to Laplace formula, it is analyzed that the two peaks in the change of moisture absorption rate are formed by capillary force and spreading wetting, respectively. Based on this, it is proposed that the choice of the concentration of surfactant added to the coal water injection should be to maximize the capillary force and spreading wetting.
