本文分析了原第一代反坦克弹控制盒存在的三大缺点,针对三大缺点提出了一套新的指令形成原理;分析了指令形成的特点;推导了指令系数的计算公式;给出了指令形成过程的原理方块图;用试验验证了公式的正确性,克服了原一代盒的三大缺点. 通过大量的模拟试验和上百发弹的靶试,证明了用新原理制成的样机,寿命长、惯性小、控制精度高、较好的满足了自控系统的要求. 对于其它反坦克导弹指令形成装置的研制,对如何减少惯性和提高精度等方面,具有一定的参考价值.
