目的研究药用植物五味子内生真菌及其次生代谢产物的抑菌活性,旨在获得有良好抑菌活性的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。方法以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、短小芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单孢菌、单增李斯特菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、酿脓链球菌、屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌和白假丝酵母为试验菌株,用菌饼法及纸片法对分离的真菌及其次生代谢产物进行了抑菌实验。结果从药用植物五味子中分离到36株内生真菌,其中有33株内生真菌对指示菌均表现出不同的抑菌活性,占总分离菌株的91.67%;有30株内生真菌的发酵液对指示菌株也有一定的抑制作用,占总分离菌株的83.33%。结论药用植物五味子的内生真菌及其次生代谢产物中存在着丰富的抑菌天然活性物质,这可为寻找新型抗菌物质提供资源。
Objective To study the antibacterial activities of endophytic fungi and their secondary metabolites of medicinal plants Schisandra sp., Aiming to obtain the strains with good antibacterial activities in order to find new antibacterial substances. Methods Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Listeria monocytogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecium , Enterococcus faecalis and Candida albicans as tested strains, and the isolated fungi and their secondary metabolites were tested for bacteriostasis by the method of bacterial cake and paper. Results Thirty-six endophytic fungi were isolated from Schisandra chinensis. 33 endophytic fungi showed different antibacterial activities against the indicator bacteria, accounting for 91.67% of the total isolates. Fermentation of 30 endophytic fungi Liquid also showed a certain inhibition of the indicator strains, accounting for 83.33% of the total isolates. Conclusion There are abundant antibacterial natural active substances in the endophytic fungi and their secondary metabolites of medicinal plants Schisandrins, which can provide resources for finding new antimicrobial substances.
