特高压直流输电示范工程,容量大,可靠性指标要求高,许多设备是首次研制生产,没有运行经验,且换流变压器、换流阀、平波电抗器等换流站主设备与控制及保护系统在可靠性和运行维护等方面的要求比常规直流设备更高,因此需要从以往的常规直流输电工程中汲取经验教训。根据2000年后投运的国网公司所辖直流输电工程运行情况,对已投运的换流站进行运行分析、总结,重点研究事故的预控与设备的前期控制,讨论存在的共性问题,探讨发生问题的规律以及已运行设备的问题,为特高压和新建直流工程提供参考,将可能发生的问题在工程前期解决,以期提高中国高电压、大容量、长距离的直流输电线路的安全运行水平,充分发挥其输电能力,减少不必要的停运,缩短检修时间。
