模拟法庭的课程设计应当打破目前分散设置、各自为政的现状,追求立体的教学目标,进行立体化的课程设置;让学生有足够的机会轮流扮演诉讼中各主要角色,同时展开司法文书写作、诉讼策略设计与法庭辩论等训练;相应的,考核方式等应当作适当调整。
