本ESP课程改革更新了ESP课程教学理念——以“就业能力”为导向;修订了ESP课程教材——以“专业实践能力”为主线;形成了新的ESP课程教学模式——以“团队项目式实践教学模式”为特色;建立了ESP课程学习新模式——以“自主学习团队”为基础;改革了ESP课程考核方式——以“形成性评价”为主体。以商务英语课程为例,将就业能力的培养贯穿整个ESP课程教学过程,使“就业能力”的“教学”、“实践”和“考核”三者有机结合,从而让大学生的就业能力得到有效的培养。
The ESP curriculum reform updates the teaching concept of ESP courses - oriented to “employability”; revised ESP course materials - “professional practice ability” as the main line; formed a new ESP teaching model - “Team Project Practical Teaching Model” as the characteristics; established a new ESP learning model - based on “autonomous learning team ”; reform of the ESP curriculum assessment method - "formative evaluation As the main body. Taking Business English as an example, the training of employability runs through the entire teaching process of ESP so as to combine the teaching, the practice and the examination of the employability. So that the employability of college students can be effectively cultivated.
