1.引言 福岗西70公里荷卡华楚海湾建成了一座钢筋混凝土拱桥,包括拱圈、圈上柱架、桥面行车道,均不用棚架悬空施工;是世界上首次的。 荷卡华楚海湾水深20米,宽160米,是养殖珍珠和鱼类场所。因此要求建筑跨度170米的桥梁,施工不得使用棚架。2.桥址地质情况 建桥地区是风化玄武岩、深18米,其下为互相交错的、2～3米厚的砂岩层和片岩粘土层。最上一层的砂岩层在平均海水平面下约2米,总柱架的基础须建在这砂岩层上。

Bridge site geological conditions Bridge area is weathered basalt, 18 meters deep, the next is staggered, 2 to 3 meters thick sandstone and schist clay layer. The uppermost sandstone layer is about 2 meters below the mean sea level and the foundation of the total column is to be built on this sandstone.
