采用自动动态增量非线性分析有限元程序,对5种具有不同屈服强度和硬化指数的三点弯曲试样进行了三维弹性塑性有限元计算.通过对裂尖的位移分析和塑性功的计算,分别得出了COD和J积分值,进而求出COD降低系数m值,给出了屈服强度和硬化指数对m值的影响.
Three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element method was used to calculate five kinds of three-point bending specimens with different yield strength and hardening index by using the dynamic and dynamic incremental nonlinear analysis finite element program. Through the analysis of the displacement of the crack tip and the calculation of the plastic work, the integrated values of COD and J are respectively obtained, and then the COD reduction coefficient m is obtained. The influence of yield strength and hardening index on the m value is given.
