目的:研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平在妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)中的变化,探讨血清HGF和PLGF水平变化与HDCP疾病严重程度的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测及比较分析80例HDCP患者(其中妊娠期高血压30例,轻度子痫前期30例,重度子痫前期20例)和30例正常对照孕妇的血清HGF、PLGF水平。结果:HDCP组的血清HGF、PLGF测定值均低于正常对照组(P<0.01);HGF在妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组间比较差别均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而血清PLGF在以上各组间比较差别均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:HDCP患者HGF和PLGF水平均明显下降,而且PLGF水平随病情的加重而下降;检测产妇的血清HGF和PLGF可以预测诊断HDCP的发生及病情分析。
Objective: To study the changes of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and placental growth factor (PLGF) levels in pregnancy-induced hypertension (HDCP) and explore the relationship between serum HGF and PLGF levels and the severity of HDCP. Methods: Serum levels of HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 80 patients with HDCP (including 30 cases of gestational hypertension, 30 cases of mild preeclampsia, 20 cases of severe preeclampsia) and 30 normal pregnant women were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay PLGF level. Results: The serum levels of HGF and PLGF in HDCP group were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in HGF between gestational hypertension group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group (All P> 0.05), while the serum PLGF in the above groups were significantly different (all P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The levels of HGF and PLGF in HDCP patients decreased significantly, and PLGF levels decreased with the progression of the disease. Detection of serum HGF and PLGF in maternal serum could predict the occurrence of HDCP and analyze the condition of HDCP.
