随着国产油管在油田的普及 ,油管失效问题屡屡发生 ,影响了油田的正常生产。由现场 55口油井调查表明 ,用国产新油管失效分为 4种类型 ,即 :粘扣、丝扣漏失、管体裂缝及其它。应用室内试验资料和生产现场资料对国产不加厚油管 ( 73.3× 5.51 mm)失效原因从油管本身质量、螺纹脂使用、现场操作、丛式井磨损等方面进行了探索 ,指出 :现场使用中对国产油管与进口油管应区别对待 ,做细致扎实的技术管理工作 ;在订货时除按 APISPEC STD5B、API SPEC5CT最新版本执行外 ,还应在螺纹接头光滑度、管体及接箍硬度差异、工厂机紧上扣、理化性能、静水压试验压力等方面根据油田实际情况补充技术条件。
With the popularization of domestic tubing in oilfields, the failure of tubing often occurs, affecting the normal production of oilfields. According to the survey of 55 oil wells in the field, the failure of domestic new tubing is divided into four types, namely: Velcro, threading loss, pipe crack and others.
