人们对树种的研究多偏重于形态方面,但是,植物的形态特征只是其生理过程的表现形式。缺乏生理学的实证,仅根据人们的逻辑推理所做的形态学的生理意义的解释,往往是不可靠的。树木抗性的研究和良种的选、育、引、除结合其形态解剖和生态学的研究外,还必须从生理生化方面加深对树种的认识,才能为科学造林进一步提供理论依据。为此,我们从1978年开始,对新疆平原地区的一些主要造林树种的基本生理过程,包括水分代谢、光合性能、抗性生理等方面的一些生理指标做了测定研究。
However, the morphological characteristics of plants are only the manifestation of their physiological processes. The lack of empirical evidence of physiology, interpretation of the physiological meaning of morphology based only on human reasoning, is often unreliable. In addition to studying the morphological anatomy and ecology of trees, the study of tree resistance and the selection, breeding, and introduction of elite seeds must also deepen their understanding of tree species in terms of physiology, biochemistry and physiology to provide a theoretical basis for scientific afforestation. To this end, we started from 1978, and measured the physiological processes of some major afforestation species in the plain areas of Xinjiang, including some physiological indexes such as water metabolism, photosynthetic properties and resistant physiology.
