This article reports a comparison of blood pressure and hypertension among 10 years (75-85 years) of the same population in a factory. The results showed that the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both sexes increased correspondingly with age, among which the diastolic blood pressure in 26-35 years old group was significantly higher than that of other age groups. In longitudinal contrast, blood pressure also increases with age. Comparing different workshops, the results were the same. Among them, the increase was more pronounced in the fleet, assembly and agency departments, indicating that the relationship between blood pressure changes and mental stress seems to be more closely related to environmental noises (forging and metalworking). In 10 years, 33.3% of hypertensive patients changed to normal blood pressure, and 1/3 of critical hypertensive ones turned to normal blood pressure, but mostly young people. There are 94 people from normal blood pressure to hypertension, 10-year incidence of hypertension was 5.8%. In the past 10 years, a total of 66 deaths occurred in the plant, accounting for 18% of those died of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases compared with 39% of those who died of malignant tumors. This result and 71 to 85 years, compared with 61% of cardiovascular death due to cardiovascular disease have significantly changed, but prevention and treatment of hypertension should be strengthened.
