测定15例急性肾小球肾炎患儿血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,同时与30例健康儿进行对照.其结果:急性期SOD降低,LPO增高,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),缓解或SOD及LPO均恢复正常.上述变化在急性肾炎重症病例更为突出,提示自由基参与并加重了该病的病理过程.
Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxides (LPO) in 15 children with acute glomerulonephritis were measured and compared with 30 healthy children. As a result, SOD decreased and LPO increased in acute phase, which were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01). Both of them were relieved or SOD and LPO returned to normal. The above changes are more prominent in severe cases of acute nephritis, suggesting that free radicals are involved and aggravate the pathological process of the disease.
