针对电力市场运营对电能量数据准确性提出的实际要求,结合电能量计量系统的实际特点,在传统电能量数据采集的基础上,提出了一种基于模式识别的电能量数据辨识和校正手段。该方法通过分析电能量计量系统的采集过程,将其划分为若干个特征模式,对不同的特征模式下采用不同的指标,通过对指标综合分析判别电能量数据可靠性,同时采用SCADA积分数据对不可用数据进行校正,提高了电能量数据辨识水平和数据的可用性。
Aiming at the actual demand of electric energy data accuracy in power market operation, combined with the actual characteristics of electric energy measurement system, a new method of electric energy data identification and correction based on pattern recognition was proposed based on traditional electric energy data acquisition. By analyzing the collection process of electric energy metering system, the method divides it into several characteristic modes, uses different indexes for different characteristic modes, and determines the reliability of electric energy data through the comprehensive analysis of indicators.
