目的:探究巡视服务在门诊输液护理中的应用效果。方法:丽水市人民医院门诊输液室自2015年3月开始在患者输液过程中提供巡视服务,从实施前后所收治的患者中各随机选取1680例患者作为研究对象。比较分析实施前后患者投诉发生情况及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:实施之后患者投诉发生率明显对于实施之前,患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于实施之前(P<0.05)。结论:巡视服务在门诊输液护理中有着十分显著的效果,能够有效降低投诉率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of tour service in outpatient infusion care. Methods: The outpatient infusion room of Lishui People’s Hospital started to provide tour service during the patient infusion since March 2015, and randomly selected 1680 patients from the patients before and after the implementation as the research object. Comparative analysis of patients before and after the occurrence of complaints and patient satisfaction with nursing services. Results: The incidence of patient complaint was significant after implementation. Before implementation, patients’ satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The tour service has a very significant effect in outpatient infusion care, which can effectively reduce the complaint rate and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
