昆明大成金融商务中心A塔高度199.7m、B塔高度130.8m,均采用钢框架(钢管混凝土柱)-钢框架偏心支撑内筒-组合楼板创新结构体系。在进行四种结构方案对比的基础上,选用既满足建筑使用功能,又相对经济和施工方便的结构方案。针对项目的超限情况提出合适的性能目标,逐一进行分析和论证,并采取了相应加强措施。针对创新结构体系的特点,专门进行了整体稳定性分析,结果表明主体结构抗震性能优越。
Tower A of Kunming Dacheng Financial Business Center has a height of 199.7m and a height of 130.8m of Tower B. All of them are made of steel frame (CFST column) - steel frame eccentrically braced inner tube - composite floor innovative structural system. On the basis of comparison of the four kinds of structural schemes, the structural scheme which meets the functions of building use, the relative economy and the convenience of construction is selected. In view of the overrun situation of the project, put forward the suitable performance target, carry on the analysis and demonstration one by one, and has taken corresponding strengthening measures. According to the characteristics of the innovative structural system, the overall stability analysis is carried out. The results show that the main structure has excellent seismic performance.
