利用原子力显微镜和透射电子显微镜对沉积在NaCl衬底上的C60 Ag复合薄膜的表面形貌和微结构进行了研究 .结果表明薄膜表面的粗糙度依赖于衬底的温度 ,当衬底温度从 - 80℃上升到 1 2 0℃ ,薄膜表面发生从粗糙→光滑→粗糙的变化过程 .由于高温和低温条件下 ,薄膜表面的粗糙化机理不同 .高低温的表面虽然具有类似的rms粗糙度 ,但却具有不同的分形标度行为 .同时探讨了标度行为、微结构和粗糙化机理之间的关系
The surface morphology and microstructure of C60 Ag composite films deposited on NaCl substrate were studied by atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the roughness of the film surface depends on the temperature of the substrate, The surface of the film changes from rough to smooth to rough due to the increase of temperature from 80 ℃ to 120 ℃ .The roughness of the film surface is different due to the high and low temperature.The high and low temperature surface has similar rms roughness, But has different fractal scaling behavior.Meanwhile, the relationship between scale behavior, microstructure and roughening mechanism
