本文以成都市天府软件园的房中房型精密机房作为研究对象,借助Energy Plus软件针对机房的墙体和楼板在不同保温性能时的全年负荷进行数值模拟计算,从而确定该机房的围护结构的节能措施。模拟结果表明:精密机房隔墙和上下楼板在不作保温处理时的全年负荷最低,其负荷值相比参照GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》进行外墙、屋面热工性能设计时的负荷值分别降低0.84%、11.45%。若机房的墙体为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,对降低机房全年冷负荷更为有利。
In this paper, Chengdu Tianfu Software Park room in the precision room as the research object, with Energy Plus software for the wall and floor of the engine room at different thermal insulation performance of the annual load numerical simulation to determine the engine room enclosure Energy-saving measures. The simulation results show that the load of the precision engine room partition wall and the upper and lower floors is the lowest during the whole year when no heat preservation treatment is carried out. Compared with the design standard of energy efficiency design of public buildings according to GB 50189-2015, The load value decreased by 0.84% and 11.45% respectively. If the wall of the machine room is a reinforced concrete shear wall structure, it is more advantageous to reduce the annual cooling load of the engine room.
