安钢球团烧结矿的生产及高炉冶炼效果

介绍了1995年6月投产的安钢24m2烧结机采用的球团烧结生产工艺。两年多的生产实践表明,此工艺能提高烧结矿的产量、质量,降低固体燃耗。1998年1~2月烧结机利用系数达1.91t/(m2·h),FeO为9.26%,ISO转鼓指数达72.42%,固体燃耗为49.41kg/t,优于普通烧结工艺的指标。此外,高炉配用球团烧结矿后,高炉冶炼也取得了增铁节焦的效果 This paper introduces the production process of the pellet sinter adopted by Anyang Iron and Steel 24m2 sintering machine put into operation in June 1995. More than two years of production practice shows that this process can increase the yield and quality of sinter and reduce the solid fuel consumption. The utilization coefficient of sintering machine from January to February of 1998 was 1.91t / (m2 · h), the FeO was 9.26%, the ISO drum index was 72.42% and the solid fuel consumption was 49.41kg / t, which was better than Common sintering process indicators. In addition, the blast furnace with pellet sinter, blast furnace smelting also achieved the effect of increasing iron coke
