目的:用液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS),对夏天无生物碱(四氢巴马亭、盐酸巴马亭、原阿片碱、比枯枯灵)在电喷雾质谱下的裂解途径进行探讨。方法:正离子模式下进行检测。液相色谱条件:色谱柱为Waters X BridgeTM C18反相柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,3.5μm),流动相为0.2%乙酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为0.25 mL.min-1。结果:在正离子模式下,夏天无生物碱化合物较容易失去甲醛和一氧化碳,也能够失去苯环,呈现出一定的裂解规律。结论:本文为夏天无生物碱的快速检测提供了一种有效的质谱方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of summer alkaloids (Tetrahydropalmatine, Palmatine Hydrochloride, Protoporphyrin, and Picakisol) on electrospray ionization (ESI-MS / MS) with liquid chromatography- electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry The cleavage pathway under mass spectrometry was explored. Method: Detection in positive mode. HPLC conditions: The column was a Waters X BridgeTM C18 reverse phase column (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 3.5 μm) with a mobile phase of 0.2% acetic acid-acetonitrile with a gradient of 0.25 mL · min-1. Results: In positive ion mode, no alkaloids were more likely to lose formaldehyde and carbon monoxide in summer and benzene rings could also be lost, showing a certain rule of cleavage. Conclusion: This article provides an effective mass spectrometric method for the rapid detection of alkaloids in the summer.
