本文研究了30钢丝采用直接通电快速热处理过程中组织和性能的变化规律及其影响因素,探讨了代替65钢丝索氏体化处理(Patenting)的可能性和现实性。实验表明:30钢丝用快速热处理的方法可以得到铁素体与极薄片状磁化物的组织,线径为1.2毫米的钢丝具有>180公斤/毫米~2的抗拉强度和足够的塑性,达到了冶标的特级钢丝标准。30钢丝含碳低,较65钢丝工艺性能好,且成本低。采用直接通电加热快速淬火回火处理
In this paper, the changing regularities and influencing factors of microstructure and properties of 30 steel wire during rapid heat treatment by direct current conduction were studied. The possibility and reality of replacing 65 steel wire with patenting were discussed.
