和谐的医患关系,是医院发展的需要,也是适应医疗市场迅速发展必然趋势。但当前,医疗纠纷数量却逐年上升,医患之间矛盾日益尖锐,造成这样局面的主要原因是医患沟通少,沟通效果差。为更好地化解医患矛盾,构建和谐的医患关系,就要求我们的医务工作者具备良好的沟通技能。本文阐述了我国医患关系的现状,对造成这种状况的原因进行分析,论述了沟通在构建和谐医患关系中现实而又重要的意义。
The harmonious relationship between doctor and patient is the need of hospital development and the inevitable trend of adapting to the rapid development of medical market. However, the number of medical disputes has risen year by year, and the contradictions between doctors and patients have become increasingly acute. The main reason for such a situation is the poor communication between doctors and patients and the poor communication. To better resolve the contradictions between doctors and patients and to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, we need our medical workers to have good communication skills. This article elaborates the status quo of doctor-patient relationship in our country, analyzes the causes of this situation, and discusses the practical and important meanings of communication in building a harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.
