对监控系统中多路码流汇聚后的码率波动情况进行了详细的分析,给出了不同路数汇聚后最大瞬时码率的概率分布.分析表明I帧编码后数据大于P帧编码后数据是造成高瞬时码率的主要原因,基于此,针对实时性要求较高的实时视频流量,这部分流量从IPC发送到存储服务器,然后从存储服务器或流媒体服务器转发给客户端并播放,提出了基于SP帧的码流平滑方法.该方法使用SP帧代替I帧,可以在不引入延时的情况下,对码流起到很好的平滑效果.实验结果表明,该方法在平均码率和存储空间少量增加的情况下,具有良好的码流平滑的效果.
