用β—胡萝卜素漂白法、POV测定法和过氧化氢氧化法分别考察了金银花叶提取物的抗氧化作用。结果表明,绿原酸粗提物和粗黄酮对油脂的过氧化反应均有显著的抑制作用;两者的氧化还原容量分别是化学合成抗氧化剂BHA的2,0和2.8倍。
The anti-oxidative effects of extracts of honeysuckle were investigated by β-carotene bleaching, POV assay and hydrogen peroxide oxidation. The results showed that crude extracts of chlorogenic acid and crude flavones had significant inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation. The redox capacities of the two compounds were 2, 0 and 2.8 times that of the chemically synthesized antioxidant BHA.
