针对中天山隧道TBM施工过程中遇到的TBM掘进时不能同时开展二次衬砌施工、地质条件复杂等重难点,从有轨运输出碴组织模式下TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工、复杂地质条件下TBM快速施工等方面介绍了TBM施工关键技术。成功地解决了中天山隧道TBM施工受独头掘进距离超长、地质条件异常复杂、TBM设备老龄化显著等因素制约施工进度的难题。
According to the TBM excavation encountered in TBM construction of Zhong Tianshan Tunnel, it is not possible to carry out secondary lining construction and complicated geological conditions at the same time. Due to the simultaneous construction of TBM tunneling and secondary lining under ballasted track organization mode, the complicated geological conditions TBM under the rapid construction and other aspects of the TBM construction key technology. The successful construction of the TBM construction in Zhong Tianshan Tunnel has solved the difficult construction progress caused by such factors as long distance of excavation alone, complex geological conditions and significant aging of TBM equipment.
