文章以出现大量裂缝的某在建商场楼板为例,对其楼板出现的开裂渗水部位进行检测。采用裂缝测宽仪测量其典型的最大裂缝宽度,对楼板混凝土强度、楼板厚度及配筋状况进行检测,同时,对开裂楼板做静载试验。利用现场实测数据对该在建商业综合楼出现的楼板开裂问题进行分析,从而对楼板出现的贯穿开裂给出合理解释,并验证开裂楼板的安全承载性能,进而为结构的后继处理工作提供有针对性的建议。
