近年高职院校争相开办旅游英语专业,旅游英语毕业生人数年年攀升,就业情况却不容乐观。大量毕业生找不到满意的工作,或者工作后无法适应工作环境而离职。这些问题的出现凸显出高职院校旅游英语专业大跃进发展的背景下,人才培养模式研究的滞后。高校对于旅游英语专业的培养模式与市场需求相脱节,导致人才结构不合理,人才培养滞后市场需求,这就要求我们要探索建立以就业为导向的高职院校旅游英语专业特有的人才培养模式。
In recent years, vocational colleges have been competing for tourism English major. The number of tourism English graduates has risen year by year, but the employment situation is not optimistic. A large number of graduates can not find a satisfactory job, or after work can not adapt to the working environment and leave. The emergence of these problems highlights the development of tourism English major in higher vocational colleges under the background of the development of talent training mode lags behind. The dissociation of training mode of tourism English major and market demand in colleges and universities leads to irrational talent structure and lagging behind of market demand for talents training. This requires us to explore the establishment of an employment-oriented training model for tourism English major in higher vocational colleges .
