幼儿是祖国的花朵,是祖国的未来,同时幼儿教育对一个人性格和习惯的养成具有至关重要的作用,因此幼儿教育受到社会的广泛重视。但是社会中关于幼儿园教育和家庭教育孰轻孰重的争论此起彼伏,一直没有定论,因此本文拟从二者的概念、特点和对幼儿成长的不同作用入手,试图寻找二者的契合点,让二者在幼儿的教育中相互作用、扬长避短、相得益彰,共同促进幼儿教育的健康、长远发展。孩子的成长离不开学校、家庭、社会三方面。对幼儿而言,关系最为密切的就是家园教育。二者不是对立的关系,而是互助的关系,只有家庭教育积极配合幼儿园教育,幼儿园教育科学地对家庭教育进行补充,家庭教育与幼儿园教育步调一致,才能促进孩子身心健康、茁壮成长。

Therefore, preschool education receives extensive attention in the society. However, the controversy about whether kindergarten education and family education are more important in society has not been conclusive. Therefore, this article intends to start with the different concepts of the two and their different roles in the growth of young children. They interact with each other in early childhood education and play a role in promoting one’s strengths and avoiding weaknesses to promote the healthy and long-term development of early childhood education. Children’s growth can not be separated from school, family and society. For young children, the most relevant is home education. The relationship between the two is not antagonistic, but mutual assistance. Only when family education actively cooperates with kindergarten education, kindergarten education supplements family education scientifically, family education and kindergarten education are in step with each other to promote their physical and mental health and grow healthily.
