以过硫酸铵(APS)、氯化铁(FC)作为氧化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸为掺杂剂,采用微波化学氧化法合成两种掺杂态的聚苯胺复合材料PANI-DA和PANI-DF,并利用FT-IR、SEM、XRD、TGA和四探针测试仪对两种复合材料的结构、形貌、热稳定性和导电性能进行了表征。结果表明:在微波辐射条件下,温度为0℃,时间为20min所制备的PANI-DA的电导率比PANI-DF的高5.46S/cm,溶解度高8%,具有良好的热稳定性、结晶性和防腐蚀能力。
The polyaniline composite PANI-DA and PANI were synthesized by microwave chemical oxidation using ammonium persulfate (APS), ferric chloride (FC) as oxidant and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as dopant -DF. The structure, morphology, thermal stability and electrical conductivity of the two composites were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD, TGA and four-probe tester. The results showed that under the condition of microwave irradiation, PANI-DA prepared at a temperature of 0 ℃ and a time of 20min had a higher conductivity of 5.46S / cm than PANI-DF, a high solubility of 8%, good thermal stability and crystallization Sexual and anti-corrosion ability.
