Objective To investigate the feasibility of short-term CT review of adult patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hematoma. Methods 137 adult patients with cerebral infarction and 130 adult patients with cerebral hematoma underwent conventional CT scan (group S), 75% (group L1) and 50% (group L2) of CT scan quality and diagnostic efficacy. Results Compared with L1 group, there was no significant difference in image quality (P infarct = 0.197, P hematoma = 0.285) and diagnostic efficacy (P infarct = 1.000, P hematoma = 0.500) P infarct = 0.000, P hematoma = 0.000) and diagnostic efficacy (P infarct = 0.002, P hematoma = 0.031) were significantly different. Conclusion For adult patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hematoma recently reviewed, 75% low dose CT has no significant effect on clinical diagnosis.
