新的评价方案只有通过实践才能产生,才能发挥效力。我校在评价改革中采取了自下而上,实践创新的工作策略,充分调动和发挥一线教师的聪明才智,积极探索发展性评价的新思路、新途径。教师们在评价方式、评价内容、评价标准、评价过程等方面作了大胆的尝试,探索出一些可喜的经验。一、开展激励性评价,呵护学生的自尊心、自信心首先,我校教师在转变思想,更新观念的基础上,从日常教学的每一次评价入手,保护孩子的自信心。一是课堂上改变了以往非对即错的程式化评价,打破了标准化答案的禁锢,取而代之的是充满热情的鼓励性评价,如有位老师在课堂上评价学生“学得不错”、“这个想法很有新意”、“没有想好,先坐下,再想想,一定会想出来的”、“今天的作业写得不够理想,再努力呀!”……教师的热情鼓励与真诚赞赏,帮助学生始终处于积极的学习状态中。二
