目的 探讨细胞凋亡相关基因 p5 3、bcl- 2 m RNA表达与喉鳞癌发生、发展、临床病理及分期分型的关系。方法 采用原位杂交技术 (in situ hybridization)对 6 0例喉鳞癌及 8例声带息肉标本进行突变型 p5 3、bcl- 2 m RNA检测。结果 6 0例喉鳞癌中 p5 3、bcl- 2 m RNA阳性表达率分别为 6 6 .7%和 48.3% ,8例声带息肉全部为阴性 ,p5 3、bcl- 2 m RNA表达与喉鳞癌分化程度及颈淋巴结转移有关 ,而与喉鳞癌的临床分期、分型无关。结论 p5 3、bcl- 2基因可能参与了喉鳞癌细胞凋亡的调节 ,在喉鳞癌的发生、发展和凋亡抑制过程中可能起着重要的作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of apoptosis-related genes p5 3, bcl-2 m RNA and the occurrence, development, clinicopathology and staging of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Mutated p5 3 and bcl-2 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization in 60 specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 8 cases of vocal cord polyps. Results The positive rates of p5 3 and bcl-2 mRNA in 60 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were 66.7% and 48.3%, respectively. All 8 cases of vocal cord polyps were negative. The expressions of p53 and bcl- Cancer differentiation and cervical lymph node metastasis, but with the clinical stage of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, type has nothing to do. Conclusion p53 and bcl-2 genes may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the inhibition of apoptosis
