源于古老印度的瑜伽,有着良好的健身功效和广泛的适用性,已发展成为世界最流行的运动项目。同时随着我国对足球改革的推进,足球运动势必在未来的中国占据主流地位。本文主要采用文献综述法和逻辑分析法,对瑜伽的体位法、休息术和调息法进行深入研究,分析阐述瑜伽对足球运动性疲劳恢复的积极作用,从而有利于足球运动员的体能达到超量恢复同时促进足球运动成绩的提高。
Yoga originated from ancient India, has a good fitness effect and a wide range of applicability, has developed into the world’s most popular sports. At the same time, with the promotion of football reform in our country, football is sure to occupy the mainstream in China in the future. In this paper, literature review method and logical analysis method are used to conduct an in-depth study of yoga posture, rest technique and interest-rate adjustment method, and analyze and explain the positive effect of yoga on the recovery of soccer-induced fatigue so as to help the footballer achieve over-capacity Recovery at the same time promote the improvement of football performance.
