如何建设有利于学生创造力境养的班集体? 改进班级管理制度,让每个学生成为班集体的主人,为学生的智能得以最大限度的发展,创造一个宽松的组织环境。教育家马卡连柯认为:“集体不仅是教育的客体,也是教育的主体。”然而,我们过去的班级管理制度没有充分体现这样的教育思想。在班上发挥作用的,往往是少数几个干部同学。绝大部分同学的智慧,没有被充分挖掘出来。一个班,虽然也有几十人在一起学习、生活,但实质上没有形成一个真正的集体。从1984年起,我开始对班级管理制度进行改进。
