劳动竞赛是推动工会工作的有效方式,是企业开展创新项目,推动企业发展的重要途径。工会组织必须顺应时代的潮流,不断完善劳动竞赛创新思维和管理模式,以企业为中心,建立科学有效的竞赛机制。充分有效的激发职员工作的积极性,为企业创造更高的效益,打造具有极高职业素养的优秀工作团队。为了寻求更加科学的管理模式,文章对煤炭企业工会中劳动竞赛的创新形式做简要分析。
Labor competition is an effective way to promote the work of trade unions and an important way for enterprises to carry out innovative projects and promote the development of enterprises. Trade union organizations must comply with the trend of the times, constantly improve the innovative thinking and management model of labor competition, and set up a scientific and effective competition mechanism centered on enterprises. Fully and effectively motivate the enthusiasm of staff, create higher efficiency for the enterprise, and create an excellent working team with high professional accomplishment. In order to seek a more scientific management mode, the article makes a brief analysis of the innovative forms of the labor competition in the coal enterprises’ unions.
