新课程改革下,我国教育发展不仅重视学生的自主学习,而且更多地关注到教师的教学自主权。笔者通过实习体验、调查问卷、教师访谈、资料搜集等方式,了解到当前小学教师教学自主权的实现不容乐观。针对这种情况,系统分析阻碍教师教学自主权的实现因素,结合当前小学课堂教学中教师自主权实际发挥的状况,寻求更好地保障教师教学自主权行使的对策,将有助于促进教师更好地发挥其专业教学技能。
Under the new curriculum reform, education development in our country not only emphasizes students ’autonomous learning, but also pays more attention to teachers’ autonomy in teaching. Through the experience of internships, questionnaires, teacher interviews, data collection and other means, I learned that the current primary school teachers’ autonomy in teaching is not optimistic.
