目的:建立失笑散HPLC指纹图谱,提高复方质量控制水平。方法:采用HPLC,C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长360 nm,柱温30℃。结果:初步建立失笑散HPLC指纹图谱,标示出15个共有色谱峰,10批样品HPLC指纹图谱相似度在0.962～0.996。结论:建立的方法分离效果好,灵敏、准确、简单,可作为失笑散质量评价的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprints of Lost Lost Powder and improve the quality control of compound prescriptions. Methods: HPLC, C18 column, mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid, volume flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1, detection wavelength 360 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The fingerprints of Lixiaosan were initially established and 15 common chromatographic peaks were identified. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints between 10 batches of samples was between 0.962 and 0.996. Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of good separation effect, sensitiveness, accuracy and simplicity, and can be used as a quality evaluation method for.
