退休卫生专业技术人员是社会上难得的人力资源。他们的专业技术职务高、临床经验丰富,在职前为所在地医疗卫生事业发展做出了突出贡献,深受区域内广大人民群众的信赖。他们虽然退休了,但在广大人民群众心目中,仍然是令人尊敬的老专家,有比较广阔的市场需求。很多身体条件好的老同志通过接受本单位返聘或相关医疗单位聘任,继续从事医疗工作,发挥余热。现就其现状及存在的问题做一个探讨。
Retired health professional and technical personnel is a rare human resources in society. Their professional and technical positions are high, with rich clinical experience. They have made outstanding contributions to the development of the medical and health undertakings in their respective regions before being employed, and are deeply trusted by the broad masses of the people in the region. Although they have retired, they are still respected veteran experts in the minds of the broad masses of the people and have more extensive market demands. Many old comrades with good physical conditions continue to engage in medical work and exert their residual heat by accepting the employment of their own units or employing relevant medical units. Now on the status quo and existing problems to do a discussion.
