世纪之交，中国加快了“入世”步伐，这对江西省的市场化、工业化、城镇化、 国际化以及产业结构的升级都起到促进作用，同时，江西省的农业、民族工业以及工业品出口等 方面都受到严峻挑战。因此，要最大限度地扩充“入世”的正面影响，削弱“入世”的负面影响， 就必须确定江西经济发展战略定位，调整产业结构，提高生产技术和产品质量，大力发展国际经 贸、私人经济以及中小城市。
At the turn of the century, China has accelerated the pace of its accession to the WTO, which has played a catalytic role in the marketization, industrialization, urbanization, internationalization and upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province. At the same time, agriculture, national industry and industrial products in Jiangxi Province Exports and other aspects have been harsh challenges. Therefore, in order to maximize the positive impact of “joining the WTO” and weaken the negative impact of “joining the WTO,” we must determine the strategic positioning of economic development in Jiangxi Province, readjust the industrial structure, improve the production technology and product quality, vigorously develop the international economy and trade, the private economy and Medium and small cities.
