“延长女性产假”的新规定,充分彰显了人文关怀。但在保障女性权益方面,仍存在监管缺失和处罚疲软。相关专业人士建议——上周,国务院常务会议审议并原则通过《女职工劳动保护特别规定(草案)》。草案调整了女职工禁忌从事的劳动范围,将女职工生育享受的产假由90天延长至98天,并规范了产假待遇。延长女性产假,并对怀孕期、产期、哺乳期的劳动强度、劳动时间、产检等事项做出相应规范,虽然只是数字上的细微变化,却体现了国家对女性生育权的重视,充分彰显了人文关怀。
