单发性胃神经纤维瘤临床颇为少见，术前诊断困难。本组６例均经手术和病理证实。作者提出，为避免误诊，在诊断方面除了主观上要提高对本病的认识外，超声胃镜检查应作为首选。免疫病理学检查对于确定诊断则更为可靠。本组有５例进行了免疫病理学检查，免疫组化标记结果均符合胃神经纤维瘤的诊断。此外，本文还结合文献就单发性胃神经纤维瘤的分类、鉴别诊断、特殊表现以及手术方法的选择进行了讨论
Single gastric neurofibromatosis is rare in clinical practice, and it is difficult to diagnose preoperatively. 6 patients in this group were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The authors propose that, in order to avoid misdiagnosis, in addition to subjectively improving the understanding of this disease, ultrasound gastroscopy should be the first choice. Immunopathological examinations are more reliable for determining the diagnosis. In this group, 5 cases were examined immunohistochemically. The results of immunohistochemistry were consistent with the diagnosis of gastric neurofibromas. In addition, this article also discusses the classification, differential diagnosis, special performances, and the choice of surgical methods for single gastric neurofibromas in conjunction with the literature.
