当前,福建省农民工职业教育培训的形势十分严峻,"总量过剩、结构短缺"的矛盾十分突出.开展农民工职业教育培训问题与对策研究,提高农民工的就业与再就业能力的问题已迫切地摆在我们面前.本文从福建省农民工职业教育培训的现状入手,着力分析了福建省农民工当前职业教育培训存在的问题,提出了提高认识、整合资源、提高质量、统筹运作、深化改革等对策.
