目的探讨宝石能谱CT基物质分离及keV值变化在胆囊阴性结石诊断中应用价值。方法对20例超声诊断胆囊结石,普通CT扫描阴性患者使用宝石能谱扫描,将原始图像拆分成70 keV图像进入能谱界面,变化不同keV值显示胆囊内容物情况,同时用脂基图显示胆囊内容物。结果变化不同的keV值及在脂基图上均可显示胆囊内阴性结石轮廓。结论宝石能谱不同keV值的变化可以使普通CT下胆囊内等密度无法显示的阴性结石清晰显示,同时使用宝石能谱基物质分离原理,在脂基图像上可见高密度阴性结石显示。因此宝石能谱CT在诊断胆囊阴性结石方面具有很好的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of CT-based material separation and keV changes in the diagnosis of gallbladder negative stones. Methods Twenty cases of cholecystolithiasis were diagnosed by ultrasonography. The gem energy spectrum was used to scan the original CT images. The original images were split into 70 keV images and entered into the energy spectrum interface. The contents of gallbladder were observed under different keV values. At the same time, Gall bladder contents. The results of different keV values and in the lipid map can show the negative gallbladder stone outline. Conclusions The changes of keV spectra of keV spectrum can clearly show the negative stones which can not be displayed in the gallbladder at common density under ordinary CT. Meanwhile, the high-density negative stones can be seen on the lipid-based images by using the principle of gem energy spectrum based material separation. Therefore, gem energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of gallbladder negative stones has a good value.
