真光层是海洋浮游生物活动最为活跃的区域,其间发生的颗粒动力学过程及其机制对于海洋碳的生物地球化学循环有着重要影响,利用放射性核素示踪海洋真光层颗粒动力学过程成为近年来海洋科学的前沿课题。介绍了该领域234Th-238U不平衡法的原理、发展历程及其在POC输出通量的估算、沉积物捕集器捕集效率的校正、真光层层化结构的揭示、颗粒活性元素固/液界面分配机制的研究、海洋胶体性质的研究及近岸海域悬浮颗粒活性污染物归宿的预测等方面的应用,并对我国在该领域的研究进展进行了总结。
The euphotic zone is the most active area of marine plankton. This paper introduces the principle, development history, estimation of POC output flux, correction of trapping efficiency of sediment traps, revealing of layered structure of true light, 234F-238U imbalance method in this field, The research on the interface allocation mechanism, the research on the properties of marine colloids and the prediction of the fate of suspended particulate active pollutants in coastal waters. The research progress of this field in China is also summarized.
