本文从分析示功图出发,建立了钻井往复泵排量系数的表达式,并引证实验数据作了对比。文章在解释和讨论了影响钻井往复泵排量系数的各种因素之后指出:往复泵排量系数的最高极限值,等于泵阀关闭滞后角的余弦。文章还介绍了计算排量系数的经验公式和极限含气量的概念。作者最后认为:钻井泵的排量系数一般应在0.9以上。只要我们注意改善吸入条件和维护保养,我国矿场钻井泵的水马力大有潜力可挖。
In this paper, starting from the analysis of dynamometer, the expression of displacement coefficient of drilling reciprocating pump is established, and the experimental data are compared. After explaining and discussing the various factors that affect the discharge coefficient of reciprocating pump, the paper points out that the maximum limit of discharge coefficient of reciprocating pump is equal to the cosine of valve closing retard angle. The article also introduces the empirical formula for calculating displacement coefficient and the concept of ultimate gas content. Finally, the author thinks: the displacement coefficient of drilling pump should generally be above 0.9. As long as we pay attention to improve the inhalation conditions and maintenance, our country drilling pump has great potential to tap the water.
