本文讲诉了一个中学女生学习长跑的经历,从开始害怕长跑,到慢慢地喜欢这项运动,为其终身体育打下基础。从此教学案例中,笔者认识到:在教学过程中要经常与学生聊天,了解他们真实的情况,不定时地进行思想沟通,建立他们参与体育锻炼的信心,这样才能不断提高教学质量。
This article tells the story of a middle school girl learning long distance running experience, from the beginning afraid of long distance running, to slowly like the sport, lay the foundation for their lifelong sport. From this teaching case, the author recognizes that in the teaching process, it is necessary to constantly chat with students, understand their real situation, communicate ideas from time to time and establish their confidence in participating in physical exercises so as to continuously improve their teaching quality.
